ROÁR swimsuits are made of premium Italian biflex, a durable and hard-wearing fabric that will last years. Although our swimwear is made to the highest standards, it must still be cared for to last as long as possible.

    HOW TO CARE:

• After swimming, carefully turn the swimsuit inside out to prevent damage to the exterior.
• Immediately hand wash gently in cold water using mild soap to remove any salt water, sand, chlorine, or other chemicals it may have come into contact with.
• Lay your swimsuit on a flat surface or hang it to dry in the shade to prevent wrinkles.
• Avoid contact with rough surfaces, such as stones, pebbles, and concrete pool surfaces, as this may cause fabric deformation.
• Store in a dry, ventilated place with frequent air circulation (never in a plastic bag!) to avoid moisture accumulation. 

    DON’T DO:

• Do not machine wash, tumble dry, iron, or use bleach.
• Do not leave rolled up when wet.
• Do not pack or store wet.
• Do not stretch or pull the swimsuit with force.

    NOTES:

• Some sunscreen lotions and suntan oils can stain or damage swimwear. We recommend that you take extra care when using these products and always make sure they are completely dry before coming into contact with the swimwear fabric.
• We recommend washing swimwear immediately after use.

We do not accept any liability for clothing that has been damaged or ruined due to improper washing or handling. We also do not accept back washed or worn items.

Deliveries made through Nova Poshta (client pays the postage fee according to the postal rates, without payment on the website).

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
To send international orders from Ukraine, we use Nova post Global courier companies. The cost of this service is calculated based on the tariffs of the carrier companies and is paid when ordering the goods. Customs payments for delivery within the EU may be in the amount specified by the customs services of the country of delivery.

Due to the military aggression against Ukraine, we do not deliver to Russia and Belarus.

All goods are sold exclusively with a 100% prepayment. When purchasing selected products on the online store's website or at one of the points of sale, you can choose one of the following payment methods:

You can pay in cash during a personal visit and pick up from our outlets.

MasterCard or Visa
You can pay for the goods using a card at our points of sale.

Plata by mono
You can pay for goods in our online store through the Plata by mono service using Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

The Buyer has the right to return or exchange a received product of good quality for a similar one within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Product, excluding the day of purchase, provided that all of the following conditions are met in aggregate:

• The product has not been used, and its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, and the payment document issued to the Buyer along with the sold product have been preserved.
